For genuine emergencies we move as fast as traffic allows, usually same day. We tell you a realistic time on the phone rather than an optimistic one.
What should I do before you arrive?
Shut off the main water valve, move anything valuable away from the water, and put down towels to contain it. Do not use the fixture that is leaking.
